Terrell Davis, who was born in 1995, was raised in a hazardous and impoverished neighborhood of Atlanta, where he struggled to obtain money for his family through both legal and illegal ways. In his early years, Davis experienced several arrests and two lengthy prison terms. He gave up on his dream of becoming an electrician and turned to music instead in 2015. He went under the stage name Ralo (sometimes occasionally Ralo Famgoon) and invited Atlanta superstar Future to appear as a guest on his song "Can't Lie," which quickly gained both local and national attention. Ralo concentrated on a number of mixtapes, such as Diary of the Streets and Famerican Gangster from 2015, both of which had follow-up releases in the near future.He would work with well-known rappers like Rich Homie Quan, 21 Savage, Young Thug, and others as he continued to release new music. He would also establish relationships with Cash Money Records and Gucci Mane's 1017 Eskimo Records label. YFN Lucci, Young Thug, Young Dolph, Gucci Mane, Future, and other artists were featured on Ralo's third edition of his Diary of the Streets mixtape series, which was released in February 2018.
