Rapper Stove God Cooks, who is from Syracuse, stands out from the sea of talent in the industry with his unique delivery style and lyrical prowess. His confidence and attitude on stage are scary and unmatched by those of his peers, making him an artist who naturally stands out. With his debut project, “Reasonable Drought,” Cooks delivered a superb performance that won him a devoted following. With endorsements from major publications like Complex, Billboard, DJ Booth, and many more, it’s no secret that he has what it takes to be the next big thing in hip-hop. Following up his triumphant partnership with French Montana on his debut single of the year, “Dope,” Babygrande has returned with his most recent song and music video, “That’s The Game.”

The “That’s The Game” music video, which was directed by GT Films, immerses spectators in a whole cinematic experience. Cooks’ talent is what makes an impression, but his cool, collected manner creates an aura to lure the audience in. Cooks travels through a mansion filled with cash and illegal drugs, and the tune comes to life with creative edits and shots. The video seems to be the apex of Cooks’ ascent; having endured hardships to reach this point, Cooks understands that his moment has come.

The Samba Beatz-produced song demonstrates Cooks’ range as a musician. He is not going to stick to just one style; instead, he is experimenting sonically and starting a new adventure with “That’s The Game.” The song opens with a soulful yet lively piano riff, and Cooks instantly hits it out of the park, hitting catchy melodies and talking about the drawbacks of stardom. Cooks is at the forefront of hip-hop lyrically; he has developed tight relationships with some of the genre’s greatest lyrical artists, including Westside Gunn and Conway The Machine, thanks to his astute wordplay and delivery. But with every new release, he competes for public exposure and proves that he can compete with anyone in the modern game. Chuck Wilson, the CEO and Chairman of Babygrande Global, was motivated to approach Cooks because of these attributes.

“My friend Lord Jamar of Brand Nubian called me and told me I had to listen to this new artist called Stove God Cooks,” Wilson narrates. “I realized right away that I was listening to an exceptional, once-in-a-generation lyricist who could both compose and sing songs as infectious and as soulful as any musician I had ever heard before after listening to his ‘Reasonable Drought’ album, which was produced entirely by Roc Marciano. Not too long after, I made Cooks the biggest record deal in the company’s 20-year history, and we signed the agreement. I’m eager for everyone to hear the amazing songs he’s recorded for his upcoming CD.

Cooks has gained the right to accompany Conway The Machine on his “Love Will Get You Killed” tour because of his consistent growth in the country’s fan base. Cooks provide immediate assistance.
